Orders for in-store pickup will be available at, Please allow for at least 48 hours to get your order ready. To pickup, show an employee your reciept to receive your order.

Standard shipping rates apply. Please allow for 1-2 business days for us to pack your order, and orders will be delivered to your shipping address with standard USPS shipping timeframes.

Emailed Receipt - No Ticket Needed
Our events do not require a ticket for entry. Instead you will check in with the event host using the name on your reservation.  While it is not necessary to bring the receipt with you to the event, it could be helpful to have a paper or digital copy, should a need arise.

Deposits
In addition to a automated receipt, deposits will be confirmed by phone or email from a staff member directly.  Your event is not considered confirmed by sending a deposit.  Only White Rhino Office staff can confirm events.  (219) 864-9200
